Alan,
"I say it like it is..............". You don't say it like it is. You see it like Alan sees it, and I see it like Darrin sees it. How I see it isn't how it is either. We are all hopefully still learning, else we'd be there already. If you just grasp the concept that people see things differently, you won't have to go around condemning everyone who isn't equally full of Alan to hell. Didn't you see things somewhat differently 15 years ago? Is that Alan going to hell because he didn't agree with the interpretations of the Alan today?
I remember being 8 years old playing in the sandbox with the next door neighbor who was 4. His parents were very religious, in an exclusionary, separatist way similar to yours. I remember being amazed and aghast when the neighbor child stood up and urinated on the spot. His mother saw him out the window, and came out in the yard to get him. She blamed it all on me, and called me a sinner. She saw it like Alan does too.
Peace, Darrin |
