Jeffrey, I think you are being to hard on yourself. Your comment "I'm just a stupid basher" shows that you are condemning yourself. It appears to me that you have simply been taken in by Josef, through no fault of your own. You might actually be enabling Josef. TomC admitted getting help from Dr. Laura, but in your case I would say go easy on yourself(you are a nice person!), Try to see the positives in PINC, and remember the quote by Abraham Lincoln "If you look for what is wrong, you will surely find it".
