I don't know what you people expect. This firm is in business to survive and has no interest in the short term interests of the stockholders....at least the rabble.

If Gregg were here he would have talked up the stock until the day that the halt occurred. It's business. That is the way things are done in this industry. If you don't like it take your cash and split. But to complain about a standardly accepted procedure of raising capital for exploration is not only stupid it is futile.

You placed your bet and your (our) luck ran out. So now the firm has to finance more exploration. We get an interest in the next stages but at a reduced level because our money didn't pay off. Dilution is the rule. Shares value is time dependent.

It seems to me that a lot of you are either whiners or just don't understand the market in which you have chosen to throw away your money. This is not just a crap shoot, it is a rigged crap shoot. Most of you (us) have lost your (our) money. It is gone. There is only hope left. If it was a good company a year ago it should be now. Or a mistake was made. ( IN that case not only is your money gone you have no hope!)

In any case a hit means we are ok. No hit and its round after round of dilution. That is the business, the arena where most of us have made fools of ourselves.

regards,

mnmuench
