Re: Many of us have a lot of money invested in FNTN

Prosperous,

Please place yourself in MS's Shoes for a moment. You have a company
with less employees than you have fingers and toes, you receive email daily from investors, who are panicked by discussions in online forms, and want answers. You know what ever you write can and most likely will be posted online, and disseminated from one place to another.

You have a strategic plan to increase your stock price up to to a level where the company is eligible to be listed. Your doing the best though you can not to give away the store, yet somehow answer their questions as best possible.

I could draw this out another few paragraphs, but you can get my drift
from above.

Then you see the comment"

"Many of us have a lot of money invested in FNTN and here we are relying on 2nd hand email messages for information regarding the company. (This is not exactly the State of the Art Communication of which I envisioned from FNTN.)

I know what my first thought would be:
If you do not have faith in our ability to provide shareholder value, please feel free to sell your holdings in FNTN at any time for a Gain or a Loss. I suggest you sell to a level, on par with a level in which you feel comfortable given the risk factor you determine.

If you have any questions I will be glad to answer them, providing I do not break any legal agreement with partners, abide by the rules of the SEC, and do not compromise our Strategic Objectives by giving away the Keys to the Tomato Farm.

Sincerely,
Overwhelmed by the chaos Online Investment Forums perpetuate.

Personally I am happy with the company and the information they provide by, taking the time to answer questions either by telephone, their WEB Site, and the posting of Email transactions or conversations here on SI and Raging Bull.

For the most part MS takes the time to answer our questions directly, and has not hired a IR person, or an outside IR Firm to handle Investor questions. Though I would think, he has tossed the idea around a few times. Allowing an Outside Firm handle IR, the Salad might get tossed, hiding all those wonderful tomato slices we currently receive beneath.

One Happy FNTN Investor enjoying the Status Que.,
