Dear Paddy D: I read it and as usual was unimpressed. About all I got out of it was that work moving from more profitable Y2k to less profitable Staff--see percentage table. What I didnt get out of it is backlog of business which had they told us would enable us to at least estimate whether the staff business will be more efficient going forward. JDN
