Hi Folks, I just looked over the 8K and it is a lengthy legal document. The proxy statement should follow shortly will all the numbers. Here's the address of Nucleus Holding Corp. 150 N.Michigan Ave. Chicago, Illinois 60601 from th 8K. John Paulson will become CEO and President of the merged companies and Steve Walker will be the COB. They will expand BOD to 10 from 3. Nucleus wants Steve Walker, John Paulson on BOD along with 3 new names Jeffrey Wescott, Mark Fera and Stephen Calk. Shareholders meeting on merger will be held probably in late December or early January. I know they have to allow SEC to review merger and make sure all the i and t are crossed, probably 2 weeks. Then they need to allow 2 weeks notice from announcement of meeting to date of meeting. Yahoo news has a release on bond deal with American General. Similar name but different company. Have a good one. John
