To anyone,

I have a US Robotics 56k Faxmodem v.90 and x2 tec.. I have started to incur a slowdown, I stay connected to the internet 24 hr. a day and the modem (external) seems to generate some heat. Are external modems suppose to run on the warm side? Maybe I am burning it up running it constantly and that is why my down loading is slowing up. Has anyone experienced the same problem?
