Nothing wrong with convertible debentures. I've seen them used lots of times with no negative effects. The problem here is as you stated. Too much power in pathetically idiotic analytical hands. ASPT needs to respond quicker and more emphatically to "bad rumors". ASPT suffered as a result of these rumors, that and the combination of the August meltdown is what made this so quick and painful. Bad "news" on top of bad market killed this. However, it is a great company, and as I said, If I liked it at 36, I love it at 18. I really believe 25 will be passed in the next 2-3 weeks.
