Ok, Michael Zwebner, I have to travel for the next few days, so I will give you enough time to figure out how to answer questions generated by your own filing statements that every shareholder has a right to know about. Since you are hesitant to answer questions of FACTS, I can understand that. But it does not mean that I will except the silence. You filed bankruptcy in 1990 and never disclosed it to anyone. Is there a reason for that? You never filed it in any reports and now you are in charge of another company and the shareholders of LGCY have every right to know about you financial situations. I own LGCY and didn't know about your financial condition until afterwards? I hope other shareholders do enough research and due diligence to discover this for themselves. NOW, Mr. Zwebener, have you had your Bankruptcy discharged, and when? And when did you finalize your official departure from DCTC? And why is it that when you and all of your parties control LGCY you haven't filed an 8K, that is a subsequent/significant change to the operations of the company, where is that filing as well? Foot notes in a 10Q does not cover this. Can you explain that to us as well?
