ski i'll give you my speculation on this deal dr t was very observant on the correlation between pair and wstl if you overlay the two stocks they moved together on fri the 30th word leaked on the supposed pair wstl deal and pair took off they had the bigger mouths on monday they started speculation on the other half and bingo wstl starts moving in some ways dr t was right pair has cash wstl has contract togeather they have a better chance of success with ba/gte better ability to produce stronger co position together you have 106.4 mil total shares and 400 mil in combined sales today as a combined entity with less r&d and all under one roof this thing could enhance it's position in adsl market place i know that they have competing products that is the part that doesn't fit but remember politics makes strange bedfellows this is all speculation on my part i am basically a t&a guy plus market application of technology and i can't help but look at the two stocks moving together they all know but wouldn't say due to insider info violations
