Jim - A lot of people sold in the final days of '95 to take a tax loss, probably thinking they had all the time in the world to buy back at the same or lower price. I've kept vol. figures on the stock for several mos., and from 12/17 on, vol. ran much higher than ususal thru the end of the year(200-500K most days). Of course a lot of that was people covering shorts from earlier sales, but a lot was tax-loss selling, too. Since those people can't buy back for 31 days, they might start buying back after another week. Even if the stock drops this week - and I expect it will - we could see another wave of buying after that. Of course, that depends on what the company does next, too.
