I am not sure why any difference exists. But, the reason why I liked the Netscape sight plan was becuase I had previously looked into QWST, but was discouraged by the monthly fee. Now that there is no monthly fee, I went for it. I should receive my package within a week, so I'll let the thread know if I find any hang-ups in this too-good-to-be-true plan. QWST skyrocketing today. That's great!! Justin
