Apple doesn't know where it is going It seems like Amelio and company don't know what they are doing. They announced that the NextOS will not be guaranteed to work with the older Power PC 601 chips. Yet Apple continues to sell these machines. Amelio's performance at MacWorld conference did not inspire confidence. The Apple marketing strategy is totally lame. Their commericals do not inspire gee whiz or techno brilliance. I bailed out of this dog at $26. I could have got back in when it fell to $16 but I am not impressed by management performance. They still continue to sell unwanted models, expensive high end stuff, and cannot forecast their own demand.
