Tip. I am not clear that there is any advantage to them at all. Even " of not having to use a person to place an order"... My view of technology in the biz world is that it is a fleeting advantage. If it works as an advantage and you have it first you make a few bucks. But then the competition has to follow the model, and you are back to competition. Margin pressure drops prices to consumer. In the end the consumer benefits. Biz has to stay on the technology treadmill or die. But most benefits in the end go to consumer.
