Mark,

The recent activity of this stock reflects more of a "tax swapping" scheme to take advantage of the current levels. The only risk, assuming you don't cross the stock among accounts you control, is the thirty days you have to wait to re-establish the position. I understand that some people have bought the stock over the last month and are waiting thirty days to sell their original higher priced positions.
