Timbo, Yes, it was me who was doing the survey of shareholders. The last totals I had were: 172 people or groups 3,826,510 shares avg 22,247 per person/group IF there were enough support for a share certificate call, I would certainly volunteer to maintain the totals. I think it has surely helped the DCI effort. Don't know if it would be enough to help the FTEL price.... tho I know there are some very large holders that didn't report to me... that number above (at the time) was 24% of the total number of shares outstanding. I don't think that is as high as the DCI count would be. Tho, we might be able to have some impact on the price for the future if we were to do a certificate call. What does everyone think? Mitch
