Question to ASND Followers

I have been long ASND for over a year and strongly believe in the fundamentals of the company. I believe that the stock is fairly valued now at about 32 times next years expected earnings. I feel that there are 3 possible results at this time, the first 2 of which are positive:

(1) LU buys ASND at somewhere around 70,
(2) ASND gets several large new contracts or otherwise indicates that its earnings will be greater next year than $1.70, or
(3) My biggest fear, ASND goes after another large acquisition itself.

I am worried that if ASND would to pursue an acquisition, the stock would take a significant hit.

What does anyone think of the liklihood of this last alternative?
