Interesting, but wait - haven't there been three cuts?

Also, the strong rally off the lows was driven by the
second cut, so we have already seen most of the rally
from the "Two Tumbles and a Jump" theory.

Is this an all-clear signal to the small investors at
or near the top?

What is the history of three tumbles in a short timespan?
