<..We're below the 9 DMA and it is declining. We're right at the 21 DMA, and the 9DMA is ready to cross below the 21 DMA, a sell sign for the short term traders (I know, never anticipate TA)..>

We (stock price) are ABOVE the 9, 14, 18, 27, 50 and 100 day *EMA*. Further, the 9d EMA is above the 18d, which is above the 27d, which is above the 50d which is above the 100d. The 200d EMA is at 29.5 (and stock price is above that currently) - ALL bullish. (check out linked charts in previous post)

[EMA seems to be pretty commonly used, and justified at ClearStation as well as anywhere]:

<..Fast stoch is below slower, both above 20 and pointing down, suggesting more downside yet (real sensitive to time frame used)...>

As discussed, and as I'm sure you know, stochs are used to time entry and exit points into a stock. But the *decision* whether to enter or exit is usually guided by the *trendline*. When the trend (determined by any number of parameters - including MACD) is up - which it currently is for WCII - one looks for stoch *entry* points. Trading against the trendline - even if the stoch indicates a toppy downturn (which for a downtrending stock is an excellent sell point) - can be financially challenging.

<..So we're stuck between a market with high valuations and a Fed that's trying to help it go higher...>

I'd again refer you to this previous Cramer link:

<..it "seems" to me most are eventually filled. WinStar has the gap it left from 20 to 25 on the Lucent news...>

An alternate view is that the moves up from 10, and then from 20, was the filling of the several large down gaps from 30s.

<..Any news seems a few weeks away, at least...>

I agree that any "definitive" news is at least that far away. But as I suggested, with internet valuations as aggresssive as they have been, there are likely a horde of IBs chasing WCII NewMedia (Massive demand and insufficient supply). Based on my previous comparative valuations post, what kind of market cap do you think the street might offer NewMedia? And what would (even the hint of) this do to 10MM shares short?

<..One of our ladies has agreed to wear the bathing suit. I'll give Brian the options if you give her the office next to mine :-)..>

If Carol signs off, it's OK with me.

<..I'd put you up against Rouhana..>

Very generous - thanks....

<..or Hovnanian any day...>

...I THINK...

<.. I'd also put Bernard up against Bossard any day..>

Against ANY industry techwonks, IMO.

<..I'd bet you wouldn't have any problem selling say 200 shares at
$25,000 to our friends and other followers around here to raise $5 million or so to enter the auction...>

Do you think 200 people even read SI-WCII, let alone would be willing to ante up $25K? If there ARE, YOU da man on getting those areas down. Is Munith available?
