Dream on. As it stands right now they are probably ducking for cover and bracing for either a settlement or a long drawn out court date. I don't recall seeing more vultures on one carcass then I have on this one. Usually you can tell what a company's chances are on a litigation like this by the number of cases brought against them. I think it's not difficult to do the math.
