Bob, I got speak with one of the law firms here in NY thats involved.. I asked him how strong his case was. He felt very strong. That it was so obvious and and visible that shareholders having bought in the designated time frame may indeed get all their $ back. Of course he can't be certain but there was the feeling that since the evidence seems so overwhelming a settlement may be offered... We'll see....
