The measure approved by shareholders expires in June. I expect Flextronics will announce split with the DecQ earnings report (mid-January). Marks already said he wanted to split and said "a split may make sense, even at these levels" when the stock was in the 30s. Now the stock is in the 60s, I think the liklihood of a split soon is increased dramatically. Paul
