Jim - any idea when they report for 2nd qtr '97 (ended Dec 31)??? Also, you mention that the DOD contract "carries" the company. Supposedly, they have a number of profitable defense-related and other Gov't contracts.

What I'd like to know is if they will continue to report losses for a few more quarters due to write-downs from their telecomm. R&D. Any idea?
