Sandsuff, strangely enough, I have a buy signal here on IMPX at $.625. Initial target $1.25. From a fundamental point of view it stinks quite a lot, particularly since their inability to get the $10 MM line of credit put them in the "will they survive?" mode. Apparently some players must be thinking that they will get over this hump (could it be that the line of credit was finally committed because of the recent relaxing in the monetary indicators by the Fed's?).

In any even, if they survive and manage to get all these new products they have developed, they will be in good shape. Mind you, they carry their fab at almost nothing on their book, but the replacement value is at least $100 MM, or close to $2.5/share.
