Reasonable people may disagree with both parts of that statement. First, Novellus claims to have a complete solution as well. Second, the AMAT electroplating tool (per the press release announcing the tool) is planned for availability in the second quarter of fiscal '99--you can't actually get one yet, and until you can one could argue that AMAT does not offer a complete solution.

I don't know enough about the specific tools to comment on the validity of either company's position, but thought it was important to remind readers that Morgan's opinion is not universally accepted.
