Francis, absolutely!!! NRPI might be the perfect investment opportunity, but if you can't find reliable & verifiable information you just move on to the next company. They indicate their intention to be SEC reporting by next month. That has become my new minimum standard. If a company is not SEC reporting I will no longer wager a nickel. I think I got too attached to this company. Three different times I could have sold for a 50-60% gain and did not because I wanted it to go higher, this time I'll sell at $.80 and it will finally break through the $1. But, in answer to your question, YES they need the web site back up & running. IMO JOE
