Murrey,

Recently my Zip drive broke with the infamous "click of
death" problem. When inserting a disk into the drive it would
click a few times then just not work regardless of how many times
I tried to access my data. After a few calls with Iomega they
replaced my drive free of charge, even though it was out of warranty.
They even shipped it second day, and included a prepaid postage
label to return the old drive. The best thing to do, if you
already have not done it, is to go to this site
www.grc.com/clickdeath.htm, then call Iomega and ask for the person
named at this site. When I did this they put me in touch with
someone who does warranties, and I was promptly taken care of in
a short amount of time.

Good luck,

Tom
