If Iomega customer service didn't ship when they said they would, and didn't do other things when they said they would, that is a bad thing.

However, I find it hard to believe that anyone promised you that the data on any bad disk would definitely be recovered. Are you sure they didn't say that they would TRY to recover the data?

There are plenty of things that, yes, are completely beyond anyone's control and could make it impossible to recover data from any disk. That isn't an excuse, that's reality. And therefore, if someone at Iomega promised you that the data would definitely be recovered, then that person must have been new, or stupid, because no one could guarantee that.

You say you had two Jaz drives go bad, and you also had one internal Zip that had a problem. This is out of how many drives in total?
