Hello,
First and foremost, the news release about warrant allocation at a new price will have NO effect on individual shareholders holdings. The 17.6 million plus warrants have been negotiated at a new price which will help AIRP attract investors who will buy the warrants
and the money will go directly to the company's treasury. The warrants strike prices had a range of $0.86-0.15 and had activation dates which went into the year 2000. All dates and prices have been reestablished with new strike price of $0 .15 As of today, no warrants have been activated with but the company will continue to work with a number of investors who have taken an interest in this transaction. Additionally, 1 warrant gives the right to
purchase 1 share of stock at the set price in the future. This warrant allocation cleans up a messy stock structure which has been on-going for the past five years. All monies raised
from the activation of these warrants will pay-off obligations and will be used to increase revenue of the sale of the AIR BOX product lines.

I thank all shareholders for the continue support....

With Best Regards,
Rich Kaiser
