Of course, in this paragraph, the author is attributing some of it to the Y2K problem. Whatever. Still, though, may be an "opportunity" for Intel's finance department to shine then by "smoothing" the growth, instead of showing too much of a spike in 1Q and 2Q. Nice problem to have.
