"All good things arrive unto them that wait - and don't die in the meantime"

Yes, indeed has been a long wait for us shareholders who hang in there, but so far has been worth it.

Have not died in the meantime.......<gg>

With Axen release glad to see my eyes and ears did not deceive me at the SH meeting last year. Patent Atty. addressed shareholders in this regard and happy to see it happen exactly as we were told. The international patent application is welcome news also, especially where this agreement is concerned. When the patent processes are completed and patents received, however long that may take, there should be no doubt that Axen exists, even to those that said it did not. My hope is that good things surely will come to the person that was attacked the most regarding his invention of AXEN, JMHO.

Found some good information relating to Wallace & Tiernan, Inc. and listing a couple URL's one should look at with regard to the latest release. Wallace & Tierman is: an operating unit of a public U. S. company. Ultimate parent is "United States Filter Corp." and this unit was formed in 1912. Check out all their worldwide locations. This is big news and NVID should benefit greatly with this agreement. Hope I am not the only one that believes NVID is on its way to a turn around company. Dave Larson and Mike Redden have definitely fulfilled their obligations to NVID and its shareholders and have helped defeat the efforts to kill this company under their management of same. They deserve our continued support in those efforts, IMO, as I believe they will succeed and NVID will become a successful investment for us long term.

Back to lurking, surfing and being patient long term, for sure.

P.S. to Kerry Goodson, check out the SI Grave Yard thread in the coffee shop. NVID is mentioned. Very detailed....<gg> That was then, this is now. Learned from the DGIV thread if you change your name on profile, SI goes back even to archives and changes all posts with the new name, so hard to track a former poster's name if they have done so and you are not active on a particular thread to see it occur. Several name changes on DGIV, one recent. Interesting trivia....<gg>
