Spoke to I.R. today to find out why the big delay. Was told that the inital chips sent them to work on where not quality specified and had to be replaced, OK that's legitimate. Next they found that the partner had very specific things they wanted done/proved out and TMC misunderstood or didn't understand, BIG error on TMC's part. So far no money from partner and they of course can walk away from tentative agreement. TMC is going to meet with them early in December to present all results and get agreement settled. If deal can't be struck then TMC will keep all of the valuable data and market somewhere else. My opinion is like the market, TMC's management and/or technical staff screwed up this deal, have spent a lot of bucks and maybe have commercial validation done. Maybe they haven't proved the concept. The stock price of 25 cents looks cheap but I don't see any big investor supporting the stock even at these levels so why should we.
