dennis1, without knowing the exact terms of conversion on the convertible debenture you are throwing darts in the dark IMO. If they are the typical,last resort convertible debenture financing package,one would expect a conversion at a discount to the market price at the time of conversion.Without set conversion floors,the dilution even on $2.5mm could be massive @.10/sh=25mm sh (without any discount) @.30/sh=8.33MM shares dilution,get my drift?
I would have expected the company to file with the SEC since this definitely materially effects your investment...
Sometimes the not so pleasant questions have to be asked,and certainly the answers disclosed by the company..IMHO DD
