CBS, Navidec To Create Car-Shopping Web Site

DENVER -(Dow Jones)- CBS Corp.'s CBS New Media Group unit and Navidec
Inc. said Thursday they plan to launch the Auto Guide, a national
automotive sales and information Web site, early next year.
The Auto Guide will provide buying and leasing information and advice
as well as generate consumer leads for the purchase or lease of new and
used vehicles. Users will be able to access detailed vehicle
information, compare different vehicles side by side, determine trade-in
values and submit purchase requests online.
