Walter, I never did find any recordable DVD systems online for the prices you were mentioning. If you could post a url for a site with those prices I would like to see it. The ones I see are all much higher priced. This is a url for one site I found: proh.com As far as the radio ad for the EV1 it is interesting to learn from Don Devlin that it was independently produced. I must commend whoever created the ad. It is a complete departure from any automobile spot I've ever heard. It's nice to know that GM was willing to reimburse his efforts. I heard it in California in the San Francisco Bay area on KGO 810 on the AM band.
