Taki: Thank you for taking the time to post the details. The prefferred securities offerings the company has committed to are referred to a death spiral preffereds. The lower the price goes, the more shares can be converted, often leading to a change of control and ownership. I will call the company and discuss this directly. But given the type of dillutive financing this company is forced to accept, be careful. If cash flow ia not positive to enable the company to retire these preffered issueances, dillution will be a killer. Good luck, and again thanks for doing the DD. jmt
