I have no way of reaching Josh as he is shutting down the work office and I imagine the toll number. He said he would be working out of his home for now on. I know Josh is very upset with recent events and is probably taking the proper steps to correct it. Josh is one person that occasionally comes along in a small BB company with some integrity. I wouldn't be surprised if he calls the SEC if someone hasn't already as any insider paper should be deemed l44 stock. There is an old saying that states "Don't cast your pearls before swine" which seems to apply here.
