Is one of the contributors here leading the lawsuit? I hope it's someone with some real bucks and shares. I've been party to perhaps 30 class actions involving my holdings. All but one ended with shareholders getting e.g. 20 cents a share and the lawyers settling for millions in fees.

E.g. See the aol suit which is settling now.

Only a strong plaintiff with big bucks and many shares will keep the lawyers from selling the shareholders out. Typically, fees are built up to a point where there are diminishing returns and then there is the settlement.

If you are pissed at SHVA, just wait, and hopefully you want be more so when this is settled.

As far as substance, I am biased here but the case seems much better than the typical ones I've seen. However, that is immaterial if the interest in lawyers' fees overwhelms the merits of the case.
