I think it would be appropriate to clarify one editorial comment by KM <,[So much for the case that Louis filed against the company, it is "meaningless"]>> It is meaningless for the purpose for the injunction request since Louis failed to assert his claim on a timely basis thru appropriate means. The judge did not rule on the merits of the claim (fraud, non-payment..) Louis is probably still free to file a suit unless a relevent statute of limitations has past. FYI Scott
