Marvin handed me the stuff Thursday night at his soiree in Las Vegas. I'm simply quoting from his own PR stuff. As far as 10K, 10Q type information, he forgot to bring that, so I went to Edgar.

What more homework do you want me to do? Participate in the Pvt Placement?

I went to the trouble to visit his presentation and poke and question and listen. I think the product is OK. The business plan is marginal. The company doesn't pass the smell test.
