I agree with your statements as noted above. This is just my though but based on what conversations I have had with various people involved with and or in the company they sound somewhat the same. That being said perhaps if one were to continue on this hypothetical train of thought there might be a way for the company to move toward a position that would satisfy a prospective suitor without loosing their "short term" independence. Guess I have been watching Ken Star to much but that might be a way for a win win in this scenario. Regards Glenn
