Phil, I called about the private placement also and was told that the min. was $100,000. It really doesn't matter though as I don't have that much money to put in. If they can pull this off though it is good for everyone in my opinion. It would make the demand for the stock greater if the instutional investors involved. I also asked about the trading halt for this news release and was told that it is getting to be standard procedure. So when the release the drilling results there probably will be another halt.
