Walter - You seem to be new to investing as you are asking a lot of questions that most investors ask BEFORE they invest their money.

Regarding a stock buy-back: It isn't going to happen with NCII.
First of all, they can't afford it, and secondly, even if they DID have surplus cash on hand, it would be better spent invested in developing new technology.

I am guessing that you are young and new to investing. I suggest you read some good books on investing, such as those written by Peter Lynch, for a start. Secondly, I'd do a lot of research and read a lot about a company before I put my money into it -- especially if it's stock is a "penny stock". In fact, I'd stay away from penny stocks as a new investor. Stick with good solid companies that have been profitable for several years at least, and those that are leaders in their industry group. You're going to get very disillusioned with investing if you pick stocks like NCII which are extremely speculative. While NCII might have a terrific product and technology to offer -- we're still waiting to see if they can "move it out the door".
