I think GBIT is now in a holding pattern or even slightly declining until the proxy comes out. Depending on the terms of the proxy and it's acceptance by shareholders, it will be good or bad news. I think the net effect will be good, probably worth a bounce to at least a dollar or so for the stock...it's just the waiting and the slow drift down that is hard. R. Gates
