Sam,
Maybe an example some would recognize of this process is something I've been through again and again and hopefully have defeated.
How often do we wish to try something new, but dwell upon a million reasons why we can't do it? Our 'logical' mind spends hours, days, months, or years going over the reasons we can't do something, when the only reason we cannot is because we have just convinced ourselves 'logically' that it is so. Logic can cause us to build and live in a house of 'not', where 'nothing' happens, and 'nothing' gets done. If we don't allow ourselves to fall into these traps of logic, we can accomplish in days what used to take years, all by BEing, instead of 'NOT' BEing. I AM.
"Tear this house down and it shall be rebuilt in a day". Not an exact quote, but close enough for most.
Peace, Darrin
