Larry,

I can only tell you that some time ago, it was announced by Mr. Jensen that we are and that we are no longer a "restricted stock". There was a financial statement posted and if I am not mistaken, it was available through the old website.

This is rather ancient history at this point.

My view is that I pretty much take things at face value. If Jensen says that we are "fully reporting", I accept that as fact and expect him to do his job in that respect. If that fact later proves wrong, then we have "full attribution"! Who said and when and who was wrong!

I would say here that I would like to see more from the company than being "fully reporting". I would like a completely forthcoming, honest and "fully profitable" company. I would like to see a company that values its stockholders and has the greatest regard for "stockholder value" in its public issues. Lets say that we do in fact have (somewhere aroung 27 million shares outstanding). Then it would only take about and around 2.7 million dollars of future profit to reward the shareholders with somewhere around and about a $0.10 dividend anually, or $0.025 per quarter. That should heal a few wounds and I would like to see further healing in the future. I mean not to stifle company cash flow for expansion of its operations, but the aforementioned would certainly be a worthy gesture on the part of the company.

We will see what the future brings, but if the company does not hold its stockholders in the highest esteem in all respects, then I as a stockholder will not hold the company at all. I mean not to "pile on" here, just saying that perhaps some meager attemt to address the issues with the stockholders might be in order.

Perhaps a message on the web site to the effect that "No, your company is not selling into this decline at drastically reduced prices in order to fund current operations" would be sufficient.

Well, enough of my mental meanderings for this evening--

We near a time of Thanksgiving in this great country, and I have much to be thankful for, so I would also hope that all here can find the same!

Turkey, Jack!!
