Louis is free to file a counter but if you read the decision from
the judge carefully it would be a longshot as well as costly to him.
Lets hope this helps change the minds of any party interested in PI
that was possibly waiting for some type of ruling on the patent rights. I think we all here would hope that this allows the company to go forward with its business plan once and for all.

Also Scott lets lay off Kathy as she is doing an excellent job of trying to disperse information accurately. Maybe her choice of words
there could have been better for the suit. Maybe "fruitless" would be
a better word.
