Hi, For competitors in the ATM area, the following come to mind... TI has a good ATM SAR that has some good design wins. LSI Logic was the first to market with a first generation ATM SAR and has a follow up shipping now. A small private company in the DC area called IgT has a wide variety of ATM chips (like TranSwitch). A small private firm in Massachusetts called Maker Communications has announced the first available 622 SAR. I forgot the manufacturer of the SUNI-Lite chip but it kicks butt in the area of 155 clock recovery. Neal
