<OT> This stock market bubble and especially the internet frenzy is wreaking havoc on the employment situation again. I was consulting recently and 2 guys quit on the same day, both under 30 - each had made over 100K in the prior month so why bother working? (since their salaries were around that). People are retiring younger and younger too, it seems like the minute you bring somebody up to speed they just retire. I used to oppose opening the H1B visa floodgates because I thought companies were using foreign workers as a tool to keep salaries down but now I realize that no reasonable salary would be enough to counteract the accessibility of money in this stock market.

OK enough of this soapbox... <ggg>
