Brukie - regarding Marc Tow's clean-up of the shell:
Have you explained to Mr. Tow that, to the best of my knowledge, we have spoken with only one authority in this field (Clint Clark) and that he says while under SEC investigation, the shell is worth absolutely zero. I think he said "ZERO" in capital letters. But he did add that "IF" the SEC cleared MTEI and the shell "COULD" be cleaned up, that it would be worth 50,000 to 75,000 dollars.
The outside hope, according to Mr. Clark, would be for a reverse merger AFTER SEC clearance and clean-up, and the TOP figure for that might put it at 0.01/share. Lots of "if's" to get it that high, but that would give Mr. Tow $500,000, which wouldn't be too bad for an investment probably less than $100,000.
Not that great for most of us, though. Anyway, we've been through all this before. I know you're trying.
